Simplify your online presence, reduce overwhelm, and create more impact with less effort and time.

Coffee, Croissants & a Social Reset

For people who want impact without being online all day

You know social media matters. You just don't want to spend all your time trying to figure it out or thousands to spend on agencies that don't understand your business.

You don’t need to post more. You don’t need to chase trends.

You need clarity around where your time actually belongs online and a system that works with your energy, not against it

Why the name “Coffee, Croissants & a Social Reset”?

This isn’t a hustle-y marketing class. It’s an intentional pause.

Coffee and croissants are about slowing down, creating space, and meeting yourself where you are, not rushing or performing. The social reset is about gently letting go of what hasn’t been working, without shame, and stepping into a simpler, clearer way forward.

We’re not layering on more tactics. We’re creating your way.

What you’ll experience

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll:

  • get out of the overwhelm of “what should I post,”

  • reconnect with what actually feels good to you online,

  • gain clarity on where your time is best spent, and

  • leave with a simple plan you can actually follow.

You’ll be invited to learn, unlearn, and reset, not judged, not pressured, not sold to.

Next Session: TBD - Jump on the waitlist below for future workshops, and helpful information.

Limited Capacity

This Works If You're:

✓ Already showing up online
✓ Feel tired of “doing all the things”
✓ Want impact without constant visibility

This is not for beginners or people looking for hacks. You should already have an active account and be posting at least occasionally.

This is a 2-hour workshop where we cut through the noise and help you build your way forward. Just a clear, personalized action plan that helps you stop doing what hasn’t been working and start showing up online in a way that feels natural, consistent, and professional, while actually moving you closer to where you want to grow.

You want your online presence to support your life, not run it.

00-:30 | Where Your Time Goes

We start here because this is where most people are losing energy.

  • We’ll look at:

    • What you’re spending time on that isn’t producing results

    • Where you’re over-consuming vs under-creating

    • Which platform features you’re misusing (and why that’s exhausting)

    Outcome:
You leave knowing exactly what to stop doing.

What We Cover in 120 Minutes

:30-:60 | Where your time actually belongs

We map:

  • What content should live in Stories (connection, trust, loyalty)

  • What content belongs in Trials (testing, experimentation, reach)

  • What content earns a place on your main feed (clarity, positioning)

Outcome:
You stop using every feature for the same purpose.

:60-:90 | Your personal content rhythm

No templates. No “post 3x a week” rules. (unless you want those)

  • We define:

    • How often you should be visible

    • How far ahead you need to create to avoid pressure

    • What kind of content drains you vs fuels you

    Outcome:
A realistic content cadence you can actually maintain.

:90-:120 | Implementation Plan

This is the part we feel relief from.

  1. Tools for scheduling, designing, and tracking results

  2. We build:

    • A draft + b-roll system that lives in Trials

    • A simple way to capture ideas without acting on them immediately

    • A decision filter so you’re not constantly asking “should I post this?”

    Outcome:
    Content without urgency.

Hear From Previous Attendees

I attended Michelle's workshop and it really helped me gain clarity on what really works when it comes to making content and where to leave behind the parts that are just draining my energy. So getting clarity on what is important to focus on and how to keep it to a minimal part of my schedule, while still being able to create a lot and great content, and being able to post consistently was really refreshing, instead of all of the typical advice you get where you're supposed to be doing X, Y, Z, this many times a week, and it's all listed out as some kind of magical formula.

I'm leaving with a sense of confirmation of things I had read about: consistency is key and sharing with authenticity is a way of showing people who you are, don't overthink it!

Michelle really brought things down to earth and made this something accessible for people to manage within their actual work. Because our careers typically aren't as content creators. Content is something that we use to support our careers. It was really a great time. Michelle is an excellent host, and I cannot wait to attend her next workshop.

"I attended Michelle’s workshop, and it was definitely a great way to connect with other women entrepreneurs. It made me realize that many of us share the same fears around social media, which made me feel less alone. I also realized that I was already doing a lot of great things! Now I’m back at it — sometimes all you need is a little push and encouragement to tackle a task.

Thank YOU so much for your wonderful presentation! I can’t tell you how helpful it was for me to “get out there” again!  Such an incredible group of strong, intelligent women in this town!  It is wonderful that you are getting back into doing these workshops…you are a natural and I can tell everyone in the room respects you and your knowledge!

Looking forward to your next one!

This Doesn't Work If You:

✗ Want someone to just do it all for you
✗ Expect instant viral results
✗ Aren't willing to put your brand out there

I don’t claim to be a social media expert.

Social media changes constantly, which is why I stay current through ongoing training, courses, and real-world testing.

I teach and share what's working right now, not outdated strategies.
